We have an aversion to mediocrity and no shame in self-indulgence. Kunstvoller isn’t a charity. It's a business with a social(ly selfish) mission.

Seriosuly-superficial and proud, Kunstvoller is the world's first 'Antisocial Enterprise'. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

This isn’t an afterthought and it’s not about lining the pockets of those behind the scenes.  Kunstvoller exists ‘cause we want to play a part in enriching lives in an artfully-insane way – our own and other people’s – not cash in off extreme sports, flog energy drinks or live in a mansion.

"A social enterprise is a business with primarily social objectives whose surpluses are principally reinvested for that purpose in the business or in the community, rather than being driven by the need to maximise profit for shareholders and owners".
Department of Trade & Industry, 2002. {Ed: Blah, blah, blah}

As our S.L.P, Kunstvoller is designed to accomplish everything we believe in on a bigger, better and more impactful scale than any one of us can achieve alone. It combines all of our passions, the stuff that makes us feel alive and gets us in a state of flow. This means we get to figure things out as we go, make products that we want, and work on generating enough money to fulfil our purpose in life.

Our purpose is to believe in people and help others (and ourselves) see anything is possible if we dream artfully, live dangerously and put our minds to it. No more feeling like slaves to 'the expected' – doing things 'cause it's what everyone else does. Supermundane lifestyles go far deeper than material possessions, settling for misery and the treadmill of life. They're not for everyone, but they're available to anyone who adopts the 'right' state of mind.

This purpose is what makes Kunstvoller an (anti)social enterprise. Product first would be arse first. This is mission first. Without it there would be no reason for Kunstvoller to exist at all.

"Doing good being bad."

Our vision is to be a small, global – independently mahoosive – collective, business and confederacy. Whilst we're a long way off being profitable, we have a clear objective for when we get there.

Our commitment is that 65% of distributable profits will be used to further our work. That includes: cultivating the Kunst Squad; supporting dreams; helping people find their flow; enabling experiences; pursuing collaborative projects and helping chosen causes.

All without nebby-outsiders interfering, or trying to make a few quid and killing our vibe.

For starters, we’re working with very select people through sponsorships whilst we build the Kunst Squad ranks. We're also researching charities to find the right fit for Kunstvoller. Our focus is on those that increase opportunities and enhance life experience – primarily within the mental health/wellbeing, art and conservation sectors.

It’s going to take time to sort out, but once it’s official, we’ll declare who we've chosen and why. We'll then donate a percentage of profit from specific products to help them achieve their aims.

Oh. and that other 35%, well, we’re not fucking saints. We believe hard graft deserves reward too . . . so sue us.
